Finance & IT Manager: Pretoria at FS Personnel Recruitment

Salary:

• R35 000 – R55 000 ctc pm, depending on experience.
• Group Provident Fund included in ctc, with 4.5% employee and 4.5% employer contributions.

Desired experience and qualifications:

• A finance-related qualification or relevant finance background.
• Completed or partially completed SAICA/SAIPA articles would be advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience in IT, systems or data, including implementation, administration or development.
• Practical experience with process automation.
• Strong understanding of both finance and technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a newly created function.
• Comfortable working with sensitive financial and business information.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Pretoria.

Advantageous:

• Power BI, Power Automate or Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• SQL or data-analysis skills.
• RPA, scripting or workflow automation experience.
• Property/real estate finance and reporting exposure.
• Previous IT experience within a small or medium-sized business.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of the day-to-day IT function, including systems, licensing, vendors and IT support escalation.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts and asset registers.
• Identify manual and repetitive business processes and develop or implement automation solutions.
• Work with various departments to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
• Improve systems and automation supporting financial and management reporting.
• Reduce manual work through better use of data, systems and technology.
• Ensure automated reporting remains accurate, reliable and auditable.
