Finance Manager at AFA - Accounting and Financial Advisory

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial analysis to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and    analysis
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and    standards
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risks, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and board of directors
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, banks, and investors
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• CA (SA) required
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Proficient in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
