    Product Manager - MVNO, Rewards and Referrals

    Role Overview 

    • The absolute legend of a Product Manager we're seeking will be responsible for working within the Product development team to deliver new initiatives, enhancements, and resolve issues with a full understanding of the product development life cycle and have a track record of delivering changes, enhancements, and new functionality.

     Key Responsibilities

     Product Strategy & Planning 

    • Define product vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with company objectives.  
    • Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities.  
    • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

    Commercial Performance and Revenue Management 

    • Develop business cases, revenue projections, and ROI calculations; track product feature payback periods and P&L performance to ensure financial targets are met. 
    • Design and implement pricing models for features, bundles, and services that maximise revenue and margin; conduct pricing experiments and elasticity analysis to optimise feature pricing and packaging strategies. 
    • Monitor feature adoption rates, ARPU impact, and customer lifetime value (CLV); analyse key commercial KPIs including adoption rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution to drive growth opportunities. 

    Delivery & Execution 

    • Translate product requirements into clear specifications and user stories.  
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.  
    • Manage product launches and coordinate go-to-market activities with relevant stakeholders.  

    Stakeholder Engagement 

    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. c-suite, marketing, sales, operations, finance) to align product initiatives.   
    • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions reflect user needs and expectations. 

    Performance & Optimisation 

    • Monitor product performance using data and analytics to inform improvements.  
    • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimise features.  
    • Gather feedback and iterate on products to enhance usability, engagement, and value. 

    Desired Qualifications & Competencies: 

    • Proven Product Leadership in Regulated Environments: 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, telecommunications, or other heavily regulated industries with demonstrated ability to ship compliant products at scale 
    • KYC/AML Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience building or managing identity verification, customer onboarding, or compliance platforms with knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RICA / FICA) 
    • MVNO or Telecommunications Industry Experience: Direct experience with MVNO operations, mobile service provisioning, SIM lifecycle management, or telecom regulatory compliance 
    • Technical Proficiency & API-First Mindset: Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and platform architecture with ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical trade-offs and system design decisions 
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track record of using analytics, A/B testing, and quantitative metrics to drive product decisions, optimize conversion funnels, and measure success across compliance and business KPIs 
    • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives, legal/compliance teams, engineering, operations, and external partners (MNOs, regulators, vendors) 
    • Customer-Centric Product Development: Experience conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and translating compliance requirements into seamless user experiences that balance regulatory needs with friction reduction

    Talent Acquisition Specialist - Weaver Fintech

    Role Purpose

    • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, offer management, and onboarding. This role partners closely with leaders across all departments to design and deliver effective hiring strategies that support the company’s growth objectives and culture.

    Talent Strategy & Planning

    • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
    • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support workforce and succession planning.
    • Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business and transformation objectives.

    Recruitment Delivery

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process such as job briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and quality-of-hire).
    • Ensure compliance with EE, POPIA, and other labour legislation.
    • Support HR audits and ensure consistent documentation across recruitment processes.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Grade 12 essential
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, including familiarity with EVP and employer branding
    • Proven track record in recruiting across varied business areas (e.g., Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data)
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience focused on contact centre recruitment.
    • Certification in LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Strategy, or similar will be advantageous.
    • Experience recruiting within Fintech, Financial Services, or Digital Technology sectors advantageous.
    • Good computer literacy skills with a proficiency in MS Office

    Creative Lead - Design

    • We’re looking for an experienced Creative Lead – Design who combines exceptional design craft with strong people leadership.
