    Finance Manager

    About

    The ideal candidate would need to be a confident out-the-box thinker with proven experience implementing and designing financial processes.

    Specifications:

    • Excel Wizard 
    • Agricultural industry exposure (Desirable)
    • Monthly statements, reports and annual statements
    • Ability to train and mentor people 
    • Financial Degree (Non-negotiable) 
    • 6-10 years working  experience in Finance 
    • Analytical and Accurate 
    • The ability to make financial decisions and liaise with Executive Management directly 
    • Self-starter
    • Foward thinker that has the ability to identify improvement areas and make the changes 
    • Work in a fast-paced environment 
    • Ability to handle pressure and be deadline orientated
