We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and operations of our organization. The successful candidate will manage financial operations, reporting, analysis, and planning, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
This role requires a professional with 3–5 years of experience in a senior finance or managerial role and strong expertise in tax, SARS compliance, and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and cost control initiatives
Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements, and variance analyses
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, SARS requirements, and statutory obligations
Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and debt management
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
Manage audits and support risk management initiatives
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all financial operations

Financial Statements and Analysis
Budget vs. Actual Reports (Variance Analysis)
Monthly Financial Reports and Forecasts
Cash Flow Forecasts
Tax Reports and Compliance Submissions
Risk Management and Audit Preparation Reports
Investment/Project Feasibility Analyses
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
Registered CA,CFA, (preferred)
5 years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role
Proven experience managing financial teams and delivering results
High proficiency in TAX, SARS compliance, and financial regulations
Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
ERP and financial software experience (Pastel, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Strategic thinker able to contribute to high-level business decisions
