Knowledge of Systems (PERSAL and BAS is advantageous); PFMA; Treasury Regulations and other relevant legislation; reporting procedures;

Computer literate with (MS Word & MS Excel) Skills: Excellent report writing skills; Problem solving; Financial management, good interpersonal- and communication skills in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape
