Finance Manager at Salt South Africa

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and senior finance executives to oversee global financial operations, accounting, tax, and compliance functions.
• Lead a finance team to ensure accurate reporting, strengthen financial controls, and enhance accounting processes.
• Oversee global tax compliance, accounts receivable/payable, treasury, and financial close activities while managing external audits.
• Support the integration of new entities, drive key finance projects, and implement financial reporting improvements, including IFRS compliance.
• Act as a strategic partner, coordinating with stakeholders such as regulatory bodies and insurers.
• Optimize financial systems and lead software implementation initiatives for enhanced reporting capabilities.

Qualification and Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Big4 audit experience
• 5 – 8 years commercial experience
• Must have ICT industry exposure
• Must have minimum 3 years management experience

• Advanced Excel Knowledge
• US & UK GAAP
