Finance Officer at Communicate Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management: Maintain and update the asset register, ensure accurate monthly depreciation, and manage asset insurance.
• Audit Support: Assist in ensuring smooth, timely audits and contribute to BBBEE compliance.
• General Administration: Manage creditors, debtors, petty cash, and bank accounts; compile monthly expense reports; and handle payroll reconciliations.
• Treasury Management: Oversee treasury functions and ensure effective financial operations.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and ad-hoc reports.
• Collaboration: Support team members’ responsibilities during their leave periods and contribute to a cohesive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A tertiary qualification in Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Pastel.
• Strong numerical and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent communication abilities.

Requirements:

• Completed Bcom degree.
