Role Purpose
The Finance Process Improvement and Efficiency Manager role based within Finance business unit. This role is to evaluate current business practices, looking for ways to improve productivity and customer service, reduce costs, and make farm/cultivate existing resources. Specifically, the process-improvement person develops, monitors, and elevates the performance of the company's vital business systems and processes. The Process Improvement and Business Efficiency Manager will be responsible for quality monitoring as well as evaluation, design, and implementation of best practice business processes to improve service and business efficiency. They will analyse data related to workflow, processes, and reporting to evaluate the efficiency of current-state business processes.
