Financial Accountant at Communicate Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Management – Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions across multiple entities
• Accounts Payable & Receivable – Oversee reconciliations and reporting processes
• Costing Analysis – Conduct detailed profitability and cost assessments
• Financial Reporting – Prepare consolidated financial reports in compliance with regulations
• Month-End & Year-End Closures – Lead reconciliations, adjustments, and financial statement preparation
• Accounting Software Management – Utilise Xero to maintain financial accuracy and consistency
• Audit Preparation – Assist in external audits and ensure compliance
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and internal controls

What We’re Looking For:

• SAIPA-qualified accountant with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, costing methodologies & financial reporting
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial data
