Manage and support financial systems, ensuring accurate data flow, reporting, and process reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes, aligning them with financial and strategic objectives.
Lead and support technology projects, including scope definition, change management, and quality assurance testing.
Compile and present data insights through dashboards, models, and reports to aid decision-making.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (POPIA) and governance standards across processes and systems.
Oversee ERP and system integration projects, leveraging process mapping tools to enhance workflows and align solutions with organisational needs.
What is needed:
A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
Proven experience in finance operations
Skilled in system analysis, business process development, stakeholder management, incident resolution, and coordination of quality assurance
Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, PMBOK and process mapping tools.
Advanced MS Suite proficiency, experience with system modeling, UI/UX design, personal data protection (POPIA), and hardware / software lifecycle management.
Experience in online commerce, mobile industry, and transactional environments, with a strong grasp of business fundamentals and strategic priorities from a financial perspective.
Proficient in writing business and system requirements, functional specifications, and compiling detailed quantitative / qualitative reports.
