We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function at production site in SFAX. This is a strategic leadership role with full oversight of financial operations, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, especially during a period of exciting site expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards
Oversee product costing and drive cost-efficiency initiatives
Provide financial governance for capital investments and expansion projects
Deliver strategic insights to senior leadership
Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in financial analysis, controlling, and cost accounting
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
