About this job

As Financial Data Reporting Specialist you will work closely with BI developers as well as  business and reporting analysts allowing you to not only get exposure to our expansive data environment but add valuable input and finance knowledge to the environment. You will also become a key resource to JUMO’s finance teams in supporting and expanding on their data and reporting needs. You will report to the Data Modelling & Reporting Team Lead.

You will 

• Work closely with various finance teams to maintain the existing models and expand with new models in all areas of reporting including Management Accounts, AFS, Regulatory Reporting, Revenue Share and audit requirements.
• Gather financial data requirements and translate into functional requirements to BI developers to automate into a foundational data layer ready for modelling.
• Provide input into the data architecture for reporting and analytical data models to facilitate efficient financial modelling and reporting.
• Gain exposure to how we solve highly complex and highly regulated environments across many countries.

You will need

• A BCom Accounting Sciences degree or equivalent
• 3+ Years in a finance and/or data environment with exposure to FCTR, IFRS9, Hyperinflation and Financial Modelling
• Power BI/Query exposure (Including, but not limited to Ingestion, Modelling, Transformations, Cleansing and DAX Expressions)
• SQL (writing queries) experience is advantageous
• Microsoft Excel – Advanced Skills

Bonus if you have 

• Experience working in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience working with financial modelling tools and software.
