Section 179(2) of the Constitution empowers the National Prosecuting Authority to institute criminal proceedings on behalf of the State and to carry out any necessary functions incidental to instituting criminal proceedings.

Financial Investigator

- Qualification Bachelors , Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Pretoria
- Job Field Legal and Regulatory
REQUIREMENTS :
- An appropriate B Degree (NQF level 7) or Three (3) year Diploma (NQF level 6) in the following: Forensic Investigation, Forensic Auditing, Criminal Investigation or equivalent. At least three (3) years financial investigation or related experience.
DUTIES :
- Conduct financial investigation assessment. Conduct case planning.
- Undertake stakeholder engagement.
- Provide administrative support services with regard to case management.
