A capable and detail-driven Finance Manager is required to take responsibility for the full financial function across multiple operating entities. This role suits someone who is confident in managing end-to-end finance processes, ensuring accurate reporting, clean accounts, and strict adherence to statutory and internal control requirements.
You will oversee monthly management accounts, consolidations, VAT and payroll inputs, statutory submissions, and audit preparation. The position requires disciplined time management, strong technical competence, and the ability to maintain reliable financial information that supports operational and strategic decision-making. You will also manage one direct report and collaborate with auditors, banks, customers, and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
BCom Accounting
5–8 years’ experience in financial accounting or finance management
Strong working knowledge of management accounts, reconciliations, consolidations, VAT, and statutory compliance
Experience coordinating annual audits, reviewing contracts, and supporting governance processes
High proficiency with financial systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel
Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping capability
Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and uphold high standards
Confident communicator with the ability to work independently while leading and developing a team
