    Financial Manager - Rola Multifranchise - Somerset West

    • We are seeking a skilled and strategic Financial Manager to join our Multifranchise dealerships in Somerset West. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all financial operations across the dealerships, working closely with the executive team to drive financial performance, support informed decision-making, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business.
    • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially astute, with a strong background in financial management and a sound understanding of the motor retail industry.     Minimum Requirements    

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years experience as a Financial Manager within the motor industry
    • Proficiency in industry-specific accounting software and tools (Evolve - advantageous).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
    • Valid unendorced drivers licence
    • Clear criminal record
    • Clear credit record

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the dealership.
    • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
    • Manage relationships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
    • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support
