 Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and coordinating monthly and quarterly workflows for your team.
• Monitoring the accuracy and consistency of accounting outputs and conducting thorough reviews.
• Delivering training sessions and offering ongoing technical guidance to team members.
• Nurturing client relationships through regular meetings and maintaining comprehensive client playbooks.
• Making sure all client deliverables are completed on schedule and within agreed parameters.
• Promoting team wellbeing and engagement through regular check-ins and monthly team-building activities.
• Leading your team through SARS audits and review processes.
• Overseeing performance evaluations and providing mentorship to support team growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• You are in progress to attain your CGMA, Professional Accountant (SA), or CA (SA) designation, with completed articles.
• 5–7 years of experience in an accounting or cloud accounting environment.
• Degree/Honours Degree in Management Accounting or Accounting.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a team environment.
• Experience in cloud base systems such as Xero, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, Dear Systems, Vend, and experience in drafting Annual Financial Statements on CaseWare or DraftWorx.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
