    Accounting Team Leader

    • We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Team Leader based in South Africa to manage a team of accounting professionals while delivering high-quality service to a portfolio of US clients. This is a leadership role focused on developing talent, driving performance, and ensuring smooth financial operations for multiple client accounts.
    • Please note that this role requires the candidate to travel to the US at least once or twice a year depending.

    Key Responsibilities

    You will:

    • 6+ years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping (SME environment)
    • Proven experience managing both teams and client accounts
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a must.
    • Knowledge or experience working with US clients or US GAAP is non-negotiable

    • As a Fractional FM, you’ll be supporting clients with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and overall financial business performance queries on a monthly basis.
