• Degree/Honours Degree in Management Accounting or Accounting.
• Previous leadership or management experience in a team environment.
• Experience in cloud base systems such as Xero, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, Dear Systems, Vend, and experience in drafting Annual Financial Statements on CaseWare or DraftWorx.
• Experience in a client-facing role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a must.
• Knowledge or experience working with US clients or US GAAP is non-negotiable
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
