    Financial Officer: Ad-Hoc Payments (2257_1)

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Process EFT payment requisitions using the university ERP system.
    • Process daily payment batches
    • Attend to queries regarding the above
    • Document control for audit and archiving purposes.
    • Follow up advance payments

    CORE COMPETENCIES

    • Ability to accurately process large volumes of transactions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Intermediate Excel skills.
    • Proven ability to adhere to deadlines
    • Numerical accuracy
    • Ability to function within a team.
    • Ability to work without constant supervision

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric with Accounting
    • 3 Years’ experience in the use of an ERP system in a large organization.
    • Experience in a Higher Education environment will be advantage.
