Financial Processing Clerk / Bookkeeper: Bloemfontein

What the job involves
- Process daily bank statements and invoices for VAT purposes using Xero and Sage, up to trial balance.
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries with SARS.
- Update registered representatives for companies and trusts with SARS.
- Update registered details on SARS eFiling.
- Handle SARS administrative matters relating to NOOs and NOAs.
- Assist with monthly payroll processing.
- Submit VAT201 and EMP201 returns.
Minimum requirements
- Processing to Trial Balance
- Experience working with SARS enquiries.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software – Xero, Sage, Hubdoc or Dext.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans (verbal & written) – non-negotiable
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport – non negotiable
What is on offer
- Salary: R13 000 – R20 000 ctc pm, depending on experience.
