    Financial Surveillance Administrator

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    1 Financial Revenue Generation Revenue Generation Criteria:

    • Charge fees on applications.
    • Process Journal passing and invoicing.
    • 2 Financial Costs Managed Costs Managed Criteria:
    • Minimise personal expenditure.
    • Charge BOP penalty fees.
    • 3 Client Service Excellence Service Excellence Criteria:
    • Levels & quality of service delivery as experienced by internal & external stakeholders.
    • Interprets business/customer requirements to provide timeous solutions.
    • Responsiveness: Speed of responses, reaction time, going the extra mile, turnaround time.
    • Degree of customer satisfaction from customers.
    • Output results from "client servicing" activities. Includes value of advice to customers &/or stakeholders.

    Internal Clients

    • Maintain relationships with Retail network and Back Office with regards to Finsurv on primary level.

    External Clients

    • Handle external queries from clients or companies regarding Finsurv on a primary level.
    • Maintain relationships with the SARB on a primary level only reporting systems they are responsible for.
    • 4 Internal Processes Oversee the Reporting Systems Criteria:
    • Capture all FRS (Finsurv Reporting System) transactions timeously and correctly.
    • Report any rejections or corrections from the Branches and Back Office via Merlin and Opics to SARB.
    • Report all IVS (Import verification System) reconciliations to reserve bank from branch and back office level and obtain necessary documentation from client.
    • Balance the Balancing module daily to see transaction counts balance.
    • 5 Internal Processes Manage other Finsurv processes Criteria:
    • Process and assist with the compilation and submission of very basic applications.
    • Process the exception reporting from SARB for single discretionary allowance, investment allowance, religious transfers and MP1423
    • Process Omnibus and Old TC applications
