Our 1st Line Support Technicians need to support the daily operational IT requirements of all staff.

The Detail:

IT Support

• Deliver IT infrastructure support for the company’s employees.
• Identify, troubleshoot, research, support and resolve IT issues in relations to the helpdesk.
• Responsible for set up of new hardware within the company.
• Maintaining of desktop hardware and software (upgrades, virus free and fully operational).

Troubleshooting and Maintenance

• Ensure all problems are attended to and resolved according to the helpdesk SLA.
• Maintaining of desktop hardware and software (upgrades, virus free and fully operational).
• Ensuring neatness of server room and IT office.
• Ensuring all cabling is kept tidy.
