Fleet Controller (Day Shift) at Danté Personnel Recruitment

• The role will be responsible for the management of a fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring the client’s needs and deadlines are met.

Minimum requirements:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience managing a fleet of vehicles, including Reefers and Tautliners
• Extensive experience in planning, scheduling, fleet control, load coordination, and load marketing
• Matric / Grade 12 or NQF equivalent
• Degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous
• Cross-border experience will be advantageous
• Must be willing to work shifts and weekends when required
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
