Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant post-matric qualification (Degree advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Stores and Dispatch environment
• Proven stock management experience
• Supervisory and staff scheduling experience (advantageous)
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (ability to travel between stores)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Oversee and control inventory processes to ensure accuracy and availability
• Customer Service: Liaise with customers regarding stock requirements, process orders, manage delivery planning, compile daily site reports, and handle customer complaints professionally
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of workplace and fleet housekeeping and ensure safety protocols are followed
• People Management: Supervise staff, manage shift schedules, monitor time keeping, and support performance management
