Minimum Requirements: 

• Matric 
• Experience working in a team environment and managing individual performance
• Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Reliable and punctual, with own transport to office
• Able to work either shift — morning or afternoon
• Experience in courier, food delivery, or e-commerce environments a plus 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Monitor a live dispatch system for food delivery operations
• Track on-time deliveries and manage live delivery exceptions
• Handle real-time issues with drivers or restaurant orders
• Assist with shift planning and help address driver shortages
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and collaborate with your team
• Complete basic reporting and admin support tasks
