    Branch / Operations Manager (Defence and Aviation Sectors)

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
    • Minimum 7–10 years' experience in business development or management roles within the aviation industry

    Related experience in the defence sector highly desirable

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 and relevant bookkeeping/accounting qualification
    • Minimum 3 years’ full-function bookkeeping experience
    • Proficient in Sage Accounting and SimplePay Payroll

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Diploma/Certificate in related field 
    • Strong people skills with the ability to manage staff professionally
    • HR & Compliance experience – knowledge of South African labour laws, contracts, and HR best practices
    • OHASA (Occupational Health & Safety) experience
