Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ marketing, content, or advertising experience (lifestyle, fashion, retail, or sports preferred)
• Proven creative flair — must have run or contributed to stand-out campaigns
• Confident with copywriting, light design, and paid media (Meta, Google Ads)
• Highly independent and self-driven — someone who doesn’t wait for briefs

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive original, eye-catching campaigns across social and digital platforms
• Manage and disrupt the content calendar with fresh ideas
• Run paid ads on Meta and Google with clear performance tracking
• Coordinate shoots and oversee visual storytelling with a luxury lens
• Create engaging content beyond the product — stories, culture, behind-the-scenes
• Work closely with the founder to shape and evolve brand identity
