    Food Production Manager

    About

    An innovative developer and manufacturer of nutritional food products seeks a passionate Production Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager regarding:

    • Weekly planning production
    • Managing daily production throughout
    • Monitoring daily production quality
    • Managing staff

    Requirements:

    • Relevant qualification in food science, baking or confectionary.
    • Good understanding of FOOD Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in food production
    • Passionate about food and nutrition

    Salary:

    • R30 000-R40 000 CTC, dependent on qualifications and experience.
