About

An innovative developer and manufacturer of nutritional food products seeks a passionate Production Manager to work closely with the Operations Manager regarding:
- Weekly planning production
- Managing daily production throughout
- Monitoring daily production quality
- Managing staff
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in food science, baking or confectionary.
- Good understanding of FOOD Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in food production
- Passionate about food and nutrition
Salary:
- R30 000-R40 000 CTC, dependent on qualifications and experience.
