Duties
Prepare all tasks emanating from the pre-preparation and production of all full and therapeutic diets. Perform all tasks emanating from the dishing, distribution and serving food to patients at various wards. Clean and maintain all areas, utensils and equipment in the food service unit. Maintain safety and hygiene standards. Assist with the receipt, storage and issuing of food provisions and other products. Prepare milk feeds according to prescribed standardized recipes and the standard operation plan.
