Our client in the FMCG food manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Food Technologist with strong expertise in new product development and food manufacturing processes to join their plant in Killarney Gardens.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Consumer Science, or related field.
Advantageous:
HACCP certification.
FSSC 22000 training or practical experience.
Additional qualifications in Product Development or Quality Management
Experience:
5–7 years’ hands‑on experience in food manufacturing and product development.
Proven formulation and product optimisation expertise.
Experience conducting factory trials and production scale‑up.
Ability to prepare technical specifications and documentation.
Preferred:
Background in the food flavour industry.
Experience collaborating with flavour houses and ingredient suppliers.
