Key Performance Areas:
Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products
Perform environmental monitoring and testing
Record, analyse, and report laboratory results
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laboratory
Assist with quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge and Skills:
