A career in our Forensic Services practice, within Forensic Accounting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients understand where they might have vulnerabilities and develop solutions to manage the risks involved. We prevent, respond to and remediate a wide range of business threats, risks and complex issues.

Our forensic specialists provide solutions and support for clients dealing with regulatory and crisis situations. As part of the team, you’ll help provide support to our clients who wish to investigate potential financial crime, support clients responding to regulatory enquiries, deal with cybersecurity breaches and provide expert advice and opinions in legal proceedings. You’ll also help clients review and remediate systems and controls to prevent further issues.

Accountabilities:

• Design the scope of work, execute and manage the deliverables on various engagements
• Proactively manage the clients’ expectations and enquiries regarding the engagement process and procedures
• Manage the day-to-day engagement process with the support of the engagement team
• Perform complete analysis of accounting, finance, economic issues in the context of business transactions; provide recommendations where applicable Perform complete analysis of accounting, finance, economic issues in the context of business transactions; provide recommendations where applicable.

• Excellent writing skills and the preparation of final draft deliverables
• Manage and supervise junior staff on engagements and delegate work effectively to meet the timeframes of engagements(s)
• Manage Risk & Quality to ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures
• Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
• Build a client base both internal (cross functional) and external relationships

Minimum years experience required

• ±3 years’ experience related to accounting, forensic accounting and/or investigations
• Demonstrated experience delivering a broad range of innovative and value-added servicesDemonstrated experience in delivering a broad range of innovative and value-added services
   

Qualifications

• Professional qualification, Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Certified Forensic Examiner (CFE) is required
