Fork Lift Driver at Kimberly-Clark

The Role
To ensure that Wastepaper received from suppliers are checked and received in good order. To physically receive, mark and move materials from receiving into allocated storage areas.

What can you expect?

• Maintain good safety, housekeeping, storage and housekeeping standards in the Inbound Logistics Wastepaper Warehouse.
• Ensure that all materials are off loaded/loaded in a safe manner, according to procedure for offloading and loading
• Assist Wastepaper Receiver in checking and labelling of all incoming materials
• Ensure that all materials are promptly transferred to their allocated location inside the Wastepaper warehouse
• Assist the Wastepaper Receiver with monthly and annual stock counts
• Cover the Wastepaper Receiver position when he/she is on leave or off sick
• Isolating and checking of NCR materials
• Ensuring the correct NCR materials are returned to suppliers
• Complete documentation for NCR materials
• Check and record all materials and verify documentation when received and delivered by suppliers
• Assist in the loading of Wetlap trucks when needed.
• Cleaning of the Wastepaper warehouse

What you will need to have:

• Minimum of Matric / Grade 12
• Forklift (clamp) license
• Excellent professional, interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Fluent in speaking English
• Excellent basic numeracy skills
• Knowledge of products used in KCC manufacturing will be advantageous
