Forklift Driver Bag Store at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Purpose of the job:

• Maintaining the bag stores housekeeping, stacking and storage compliance, replenishing the packing department.  

Responsibilities:

• Neatness of Forklift
• Load and offload of trucks
• Transport and stack raw materials
• Housekeeping
• Pre-operation checks and reporting issues.
• Moving pallet packed materials around the site or storage facility.
• Checking and ensuring loads are secure.
• Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Following written instructions and keeping records.
• Adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
• Ad hoc tasks
• Cording to laid down specification, Neatness of Forklift, Load and off-load of trucks,
• Transport and stack raw& packaging materials following FIFO,
• Responsible for waste management, Housekeeping,
• Completes and verifies records to document all work.
• Ensuring all items are stored in correct locations

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 **NB: Attach senior certificate**
• Valid Forklift License **NB: Attach copy of Licence**

Experience Requirements    

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment

Working Conditions
