Jo Responsibilities
The FP&R Plant Data Analyst will be responsible to collect data from production time sheets and record into OPERA.
Further data harvesting will be from other sources such as SCADA reports, Google Tracking Sheets (Scrap Soap, Weighbridge, etc.).
A key function is to analyse the data and find opportunities for plant KPI (Case fill, AU, AML, Cost/ ton) improvements.
Coordinating the Standard Daily Meeting, Stock/ Cycle Counts, Production Backflush, and the generation of POs for Utilities and Consumables, and the data tracking analysis thereof.
FP&R Reviews (monthly and quarterly) with local and divisional teams will form part of the role.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, SCM or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or similar role
