ROLE DETAILS

• The primary role of the recruiter is to recruit (make phone calls) selected households onto the panel according to the quota provided.
• Ensure that the tracking sheet is updated daily (with all calls, whether successful or not)
• NB: All calls with participants should be professional, friendly, influential, and informative.
• Organize and manage own workload, based on addresses/telephone numbers given from team leader and procedures as set out in the recruiter manual.
• Report daily activities to team leader
• Ensure timely completion of recruitment.
• To ensure that recruitment targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 12
• Computer literate- experience with Google sheets and Excel
• Can fluently speak English, Afrikaans, or both would be a preferred
• Previous market research, call centre, interviewing or any research experience
• Go through a full training
