Front and Back Office Supervisor (Cross Border & Online Returns) at JD Group

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Matric qualification
• Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management.

Professional Expertise:

• In-depth understanding of supply chain logistics and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Pepkor Lifestyle Retail processes and policies
• Experience with returns management, stock control, and inventory systems

What will you be doing?

• Cross-Border Returns & Logistics: Manage the end-to-end returns process, with a focus on international and regional logistics.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and quality inspection processes.
•  ERP System Management: Use SAP or similar ERP systems to manage returns and supply chain data effectively.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Returns & Credit Policy Management: Ensure compliance with returns procedures and manage credit authorizations in line with company policies.
