As a Front of House Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our front-facing services, ensuring an exceptional experience for customers. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service consistently.

Requirements
Grade 12
Valid Drivers License
Diploma in Hospitality
10 years experience in hospitality
Proven track record in a front-of-house or hospitality supervisory role.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrable experience in staff management, training, and development.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to service challenges.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality setting.
A relevant hospitality or management qualification.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
