    NOC Operator - Contract Centre Agent

    Job Description

    • The main responsibility of the NOC Operator is to ensure Network reliability and mitigation of down time of sites through monitoring of technical systems and applying robust yet agile processes to continuously yield efficient outputs.

    Responsibilities 

    • Proactive monitoring of technical system(s) to timeously address alarms
    • Utilize all provided systems to deduce alarm(s) and categories
    • Understand relationship between various systems and/or Network Elements
    • Detection of any faults or potential faults
    • Investigate possible route cause
    • Include as part of ticket logging process
    • First line trouble shooting and remote resolutions of alarms where possible
    • Prevention of faults to field force
    • Logging and handing over of failure tickets, i.e. Power as a Service, Corrective Maintenance, Vandalism, etc
    • Apply intelligent and agile dispatching based on deduced analysis of fault(s)
    • End-to-end management of tickets with field force

    ROLE PURPOSE

    Technical Assistant

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To carry out timeous and quality planned, preventive and emergency maintenance on all specified equipment.

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client & Company requirements.
    • Conduct investigations, evaluation & restorations on identified equipment malfunction.

    Logistics Manager

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Clients Contract Logistics operations. This includes the managing and ordering of inventory, forecasting, coordinating the movement of goods from Client to Region, management and monitoring of overall stock accuracy as well as Vehicle stock accuracy, handling shipping and receiving, oversee monthly and quarterly Audits, Weekly and Monthly Reporting requirements and ensuring compliance with all relevant processes, governance, regulations, standards, and risk mitigation.     Key Contract Manager

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • Takes full accountability to ensure that all strategic, critical & other facilities as defined and contracted by the Customer meet business as well as contractual requirements. Takes full accountability to develop the operating model (people, process, system) to the level where service can be delivered as per the agreed contractual deliverables, effectively, profitable and sustainable.

    MAIN OUTPUTS
    Finance:

    • Ensure strategies, mechanisms and guidelines are implemented that would govern the maintenance of short, medium and long term capex budgets for the associated contracts.
    • Develop, support and comply to the FM operational budget (short & medium term)

    Quality Inspector

    Brief Role Description:

    • To carry out timeous quality audits on all maintenance works in order to give effect to the business quality service strategy and Client service standards.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Conduct quality inspections on maintenance works - Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Infrastructure and soft services.
