Description

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) seeks to equip young graduates with knowledge, skills, and exposure to market conduct regulation and supervision, and its role in the economy. The graduate development programme is a structured programme specifically designed to produce a pipeline of competent new entrants in the labour market and to assist the FSCA in delivering on its mandate to:

• Transform the integrity of financial markets
• Protect financial customers by promoting fair treatment by financial institutions
• Provide financial customers with financial education and maintaining financial stability

Roll Out Plan of the Programme

Recommended candidates will be given an opportunity to learn under the supervision of a dedicated mentor. The graduate development programme provides trainees with workplace experience necessary to help grow professionally within the financial sector. Trainees are exposed to various competency-based training during the 24-month graduate development programme.

• BCom/National Diploma in Marketing
• BCom Economics
• BSC Mathematics and Statistics
• BCom Financial Accounting / Hons / CTA
• Bachelor of Accounting Science
• BCom Auditing
• Degree/National Diploma in Communication
• Degree in Education
• Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) / Economics
• Degree in Information Technology and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity / AWS Cloud Practitioner / Microsoft Azure
