    Fulfilment Specialist (Merchant)

    ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing our current fulfilment network and operations.

    • Setup new or improve existing operations

    • You will oversee our relationship with our courier partners, and distribution hubs

    • Partner SLA definition and management

    • Partner SOP’s implementation and monitoring

    • Building scalable operations to cater for our multi-channel fulfilment operations

    • Working with the data team to create models and tools, to allow you to make analytical and strategic decisions in optimising our fulfilment operations

    • Maintaining a close relationship with the Customer Success team, to receive and work through our merchants delivery feedback and experience.

    • Prioritising feedback from teams on internal systems and seek continuous improvement to ensure we continue to delight our customers.

    • Adopting a continuous improvement mentality to always strive for better fulfillment performance

     

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    Key requirements to perform responsibilities:

    • 3 - 5 years experience in a role with specific experience in ecommerce delivery

    • Overall knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain design and development

    • In depth understanding and experience of courier company operations

    • Good comprehension of fulfilment/delivery/inventory software

    • Inventory management and distribution experience

    • Relevant Tertiary qualification/certificate required

    • Curiosity and bravery to break industry standards

    • Ability to solve problems at source and to work confidently under pressure.

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills

    • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.

    • Analytical skills with strong data capabilities

    • Must have excellent attention to detail

    • Ability to understand the Supply Chain & Logistics’ environment within Yoco and how it impacts other operations within the organisation.

    • Be autonomous. Work independently, and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision and be accountable for the quality of your work.
