Responsibilities

• Guide sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and terms.
• Understand clients' financial capabilities to offer tailored solutions.
• Facilitate negotiation processes, advising on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legalities to ensure fair and honest transactions.
• Conduct comparative market analyses to accurately estimate property values.
• Strategically market real property to potential buyers and prepare essential documentation.
• Keep up-to-date listings of available properties and develop professional networks with attorneys and mortgage lenders.
• Drive sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices

Key Competencies    

• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle;
• Access to personal devices like a mobile phone and laptop;
• Residency in or around Kraaifontein-Kuils River;
• Independent working style with exceptional interpersonal skills;
• Proven sales, negotiation, and communication abilities;
• A friendly, trustworthy demeanor;
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Education & Experience    

• A Matric certificate is required;
• FETC: Real Estate NQF4 – to be certified by SSETA – Complete the Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4), a nationally recognized qualification certified by the Services Sector Education and Training Authority (SSETA);
• Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not essential.
