Fund Administrator at Ackermans

• Ackermans has an exciting opportunity for a Fund Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. You will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s Retirement and Provident funds and dealing with member queries.

Qualifications    
Essential:

• Grade 12

Preferred:

• National Diploma in HR/Payroll/Business Admin

Knowledge, Skills and Experience    
KNOWLEDGE:

• Knowledge of Retirement Fund and Provident Fund administration, rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of the S37c Death Claims process
• Legislation on Workmens compensation Fund
• Good query management knowledge

SKILLS:

• Accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Computer Skills – Excel
• Able to deal with large volumes of work
• Ability to prioritise
• Ability to work independently

EXPERIENCE:
Essential:

• 2 years administration experience with exposure to : Retirement & Provident Fund admin / Payroll admin / HR Admin /
• Processing Death Claims
