Fund Operations Domain Owner at Paracon

Job Summary

You will be ensuring the correct skills are in place in the domain to meet the business needs and you will be the Line Management for the BA’s in this specific team and a be responsible for their delivery. You will be engaging with other Domain Owners in the business to deliver end-to-end solutions for the business. You will be involved with new product development and working with stakeholders to ensure systems impacts and requirements are identified.

Requirements

• Running and coordination of the Fund operations domain
• Understanding of Fund Accounting
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
• Experience in solution analysis and driving, managing systems delivery
• Actively engaging business and testing new business processes before going to production
• Identifying opportunities and areas of improvement, not only in the system but also business process improvements

Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a senior business analyst or an equivalent senior role
• Understanding of Fund Operations systems and business
• Experience managing an IT team and driving delivery
