    Future Talent: Services Account Executive

    Job Summary

    • Our Future Talent Programme - Leadership Track is an 18 month programme that will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in a truly international environment.

You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career.     What you will do

    • Identify the opportunities to increase customer profitability for a sustainable and profitable mutual growth
    • Responsible for the results reached (Profit and Loss with regards to Services).
    • Ensure and improve Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty according to global group processes
    • Understand the Customers overall business and activities (competitive environment, growth strategy, productivity, profitability)
    • Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in agreement with the overall business strategy, and the plans of the Services department.
    • The Service Account Executive will drive profitable service growth by proactively selling value adding services to improve customer operations and the value Tetra Pak delivers.
    • Manage the customer relationship as part of an integrated key account team in all technical aspects such as Services sales, service product deployment, issue resolution and line performance.
    • Manage customer relationship: Operational performance, Issue Resolution & Quality, Drive sales of the services portfolio.

    We believe you have

    • Recent University Graduate (year 2022/2023) – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree or Commercial Degree.
    • Commercially minded - a commercial business qualification or subjects taken will be an added advantage.
    • You have an innovation mindset, you are a fast thinker and like to solve problems.
    • You like to work with people from various cultures.
    • You are passionate about what you do.
    • You can work and learn in English – fluent read, write and speak.
    • Fluency in Portuguese language will be an advantage.
    • Must be willing and able to travel extensively – both locally and internationally.
    • Must have a valid passport and drivers license.
    • Must be a South African citizen with valid ID – EE targets apply.
