    Team Leader

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader: Hopper Floor and Tank Farm to join our Isando Coffee and Creamer Factory. This role requires expertise in safety management, people leadership, strict inventory management controland labour cost management within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
    • You will be responsible for managing daily operations across the Tank Farm and Hopper Floor, ensuring high housekeeping standards and overall quality of our output while leading your team to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Safety, Health, and Environment:

    • Enforce correct PPE usage and compliance with safety protocols.
    • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring each shift has a designated SHE rep, first aider, and firefighter.
    • Conduct emergency evacuation drills and complete near-miss reports.
    • Ensure timely resolution of safety and health incidents.

    Senior Mobility Technical Analyst

    • An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Consultant Level 1, to be based in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Achievement of monthly sales, volumes, and margin targets.
    • Superior customer service relationships of existing customer base by following a structured call cycle based on the regional customer set criteria.
    • Influencing and positively affect the In Cup Quality and delivery via the On-site beverage Solution system at each customer by ensuring customer audits are completed and corrective action is immediately executed on site, by doing machine calibration and settings and or re doing operational Training.
    • Create a targeted customer prospect list with the Sales Manager based on volume requirements per product category for the year and strategic requirements across all channels.

    Achieve the agreed growth forecasted for the fiscal year by the Sales Manager

    • Completion of new business development:
    • Initial contact
    • Assessment of needs
    • Proposal of tailored solution
    • Guiding on implementation, if necessary, with the prospective
    • Ensure that agreements concluded with target list are commercially sound.
    • Present at each installation and complete customer solutions training.

    Measurement will be completed in the following manner:

    • Monthly 1 on 1
    • Structured tracking against target list
    • Value added training visits and building credible coffee relationships.
    • Ensure the In-Cup quality of the coffee is of the agreed standards.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Matric / Grade 12.
    • Relevant Business Certificate or Diploma.
    • Coffee Skills and Equipment OR Coffee qualification.
    • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Customer interaction.
    • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Sales role in the Out of Home Market.
    • Strong Beverage system solution experience.

    Special Requirements:

    • Proficient using full MS Office suite.
    • Interest in hospitality industry.
    • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience.
