What you will do

• Identify the opportunities to increase customer profitability for a sustainable and profitable mutual growth
• Responsible for the results reached (Profit and Loss with regards to Services).
• Ensure and improve Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty according to global group processes
• Understand the Customers overall business and activities (competitive environment, growth strategy, productivity, profitability)
• Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in agreement with the overall business strategy, and the plans of the Services department.
• The Service Account Executive will drive profitable service growth by proactively selling value adding services to improve customer operations and the value Tetra Pak delivers.
• Manage the customer relationship as part of an integrated key account team in all technical aspects such as Services sales, service product deployment, issue resolution and line performance.
• Manage customer relationship: Operational performance, Issue Resolution & Quality, Drive sales of the services portfolio.

We believe you have

• Recent University Graduate (year 2022/2023) – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree or Commercial Degree.
• Commercially minded - a commercial business qualification or subjects taken will be an added advantage.
• You have an innovation mindset, you are a fast thinker and like to solve problems.

• You can work and learn in English – fluent read, write and speak.

Job Summary

• Tetra Pak® South Africa is embarking on a Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Drive where we are looking for a driven and organized Processing Intern (PERSON WITH DISABILITY ONLY) for 12 months. 
• You will support the Processing Plant Sales team daily in the execution of its functions by attending to customer enquiries, the processing of sales quotations, driving administrative tasks and supporting the sales managers in the execution of their duties.  
• Your key stakeholders will be Processing Sales, Procurement, Communication, Sustainability, Key Accounts, Marketing and Services.

What you will do

• Support the processing sales team in the execution of their functions in order that the department can deliver excellent customer service with a high degree of efficiency
• Manage customer enquiries and direct the enquiries to the relevant person/department 
• Processing of sales quotations as per the defined quotation processes

Job Summary

• Tetra Pak Services Solutions - Value Modelling Team is looking for a development focused consultant who will support the maintenance and further development of our existing tools and architecture in addition to developing new tools based on Internal and customer business requirements.
• The ideal candidate should be a self-starting & motivated individual who is able to work within a team as well as on their own to manage and developing applications business focused applications and tools.
• This position is open to applicants based in South Africa, Johannesburg and will report to the Manager Solutions Value Models.

What you will do

• Meeting with development team and tool owners to discuss the scope of development.
• Analysing and maintaining existing tools.
• Researching and designing new tools and apps.
• Writing and implementing well tested code.
• Troubleshooting and debugging code.
• Evaluating user feedback.
• Creating technical documents and training users.

We believe you have
Python and Django (primary responsibility)

• 2+ years’ experience with Python and Django or 4+ years’ experience with Python and any other web development framework
• Experience with or knowledge of Django admin customizing.
• Knowledge of Python/Django performance optimizing

Modern HTML/CSS3/JS (ES6+): 

• Experience with native DOM model, Custom Elements, Service Workers, WebSockets, local storage, HTML templates, Flex boxes, Progressive Webapps, ES Modules and Classes, etc preferred over experience with frameworks and built systems like Angular/React/Webpack/Bootstrap etc
• Experience with ECMAScript testing in CI/CD context

User support and communication

• Experience in interacting with users, sending out updates when releasing new features/bug fixes, create training/support material, supporting users with issues etc.

UI/UX

• Adhering to and implementing brand guidelines and style guides 
• Translating user input/requirements to easy-to-use standardized interfaces

Agile/Scrum management

• Formalizing / managing technical specifications and development milestones in Agile/scrum environment.
• Improving quality assurance and end user testing

Data analysis

• Experience with writing PostgreSQL views, and monitoring query performance from Django ORM and optimizing is bonus.
• Python/pandas data analytics, Jupyter notebooks
• ETL process monitoring for integrating customer’s data
• Developing dashboards and data visualization
