Key Performance Areas  

Business Continuity and Efficiency

• Installing landscapes and seasonal flower designs.
• Clean and maintain common areas.
• Clean dustbins.
• Performs tasks according to weekly and monthly schedule.
• Perform adhoc basic maintenance tasks.
• Monitoring and ensuring plant health.
• Mow, trim and fertilize green spaces.
• Mulch, edge and weed garden.
• Prune and trim trees and bushes.
• Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery, like mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers.
• Deal with pest problems that could damage plants.
• Keep gardens and open spaces clear of debris, domestic/industrial and animal litter.
• Maintaining plants by watering, fertilizing and trimming them.
• Using and maintaining gardening tools and light gardening machinery.
• Identifying and treating diseases, pest infestations and other issues with garden plants.
• Provide recommendations for gardens.
• Following safety guidelines for applying chemicals and using equipment.

Promote continuous improvement of SHEQ and other processes.

• SHEQ compliance, including BBS.
• Worker Safety.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Working with industrial gardening equipment.
• Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of gardening chemicals and supplies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

• Grade 10.

Experience: 

• At least 2 years of experience in Gardening.
• Landscaping (added advantage)

General:

• Physically fit to work on height such as building, towers, rooftops, etc.  
• Be able to use hand tools.
