ABOUT THE VACANCY

Working Hours

• Public holidays and Peak Season (Work schedules active)
• Must be prepared to work shifts

Remuneration

• Remuneration as per the Minimum wage Sectorial Determination

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• To ensuring that all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) regarding this position is adhered to;
• To ensuring that tf any SOP is unclear, the relevant and necessary steps are taking to obtain clarification;
• Assist In packing Items for clients at the pay point;
• Assist the customer is a friendly and helpful manner;
• When re-merchandising, make sure all the stock is well packed and placed in the relevant area
• You are not allowed to leave your workstation without the knowledge of your seniors
• Accept full responsibility for all duties and key performance areas and to report directly to Management.
• To perform any other duties as required by the Manager / Supervisor and to uphold company standards at all times.
• Good communication skills;
• Time management
• Ability to work out of normal office hours as and when required;
• To work on public holidays and weekends and peak seasons as and when required;
• Work during high seasonal periods;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
• Dedicated and detail oriented; high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric,
• Tertiary Qualification an advantage;
