ROLE PURPOSE

• Responsible for supervising a team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and support team members in daily operations.
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Handle basic employee issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain discipline and enforce company policies.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure standards are met.
• Prepare reports and give feedback to management.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Good understanding of operations in the relevant industry.
• Ability to manage people and resolve conflict.
